Emma Cianchi is a choreographer, trainer, artistic curator for the Teatro Bellini di Napoli’s dance season, and a contemporary dance teacher for the School of Ballet at Teatro San Carlo in Naples. In 2003, she founded ArtGarage, a multi-purpose performing arts center and home of ArtGarageDanceCo, a company recognized and supported by the Italian Ministry of Culture. The world premiere seen here was partly developed with American dancers in a 2022 Pillow Lab residency supported by American Dance Abroad.
