Founded in 1994 by Dwight Rhoden and Desmond Richardson, Complexions Contemporary Ballet has become known worldwide for their unique amalgamation of ballet and contemporary dance. They have performed in more than 20 countries on five continents, appearing on television for more than 20 million viewers. While most of the company’s repertory is created by Rhoden, choreographers such as Justin Peck, Alejandro Cerrudo, and Jenn Freeman have also been represented. Envisioned as the first installment of an evening-length tribute to David Bowie, Star Dust has been hailed as “brilliantly made, magnificently performed and highly entertaining.”
