Hugo Suarez was born in Peru while Inés Pasic is from Bosnia-Herzegovina, but their unconventional artistry transcends all traditional boundaries. Their work has been described as a combination of mime, dance, and puppetry, and their onstage characters are created from knees, feet, hands, elbows, and a handful of props. The partnership of Hugo and Inés was founded in 1986 and their first production was premiered the following year.
